diverse fields, she found her niche in Market Research. Priyanka enjoys every aspect of
her job from helping clients better understand their consumers to wandering around the
Indian countryside in the name of generating insights. Over a span of more than ten
years with Q&Q, she has grown with the company and has become a phenomenal
leader, taking the team along and leading by example.
Priyanka is also an independent director on the board of Shree Renuka Sugars (A
Wilmar Company).
Priyanka has found her calling in a role that indulges her love of creating new ways of
doing things, taking up odd challenges and using as many Post-Its as she likes. Her
love for shoes takes her hopping down the shops across Mumbai on weekends and is
generally found in a pub, enjoying a pint of Hoegaarden on Friday evenings.
Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar – Birthplace of Green Revolution in India. She landed up in market research by chance in 2005 immediately after finishing her Ph.D. stayed back in Market Research by choice and has no qualms today over her decision to leave Biological Research behind. She is one of the early entrants in the company and has worked across various verticals including Agriculture, FMCG, Telecom, Social and Retail research during her journey of over fifteen years in the company. A key member of the business development team,
she looks after exploring new avenues for the growth of the company. In her current role as the COO of the company, Mukta looks after all operations in the company ensuring smooth running of all projects. She also manages the HR function making sure we have the best teams and working environment.
Mukta is an avid cinema goer, loves to travel and in her free time tries hands on new
recipes. She also follows fashion trends closely and is a self-proclaimed shopaholic.

Her idea of a perfect vacation is anywhere amidst nature with an unending supply of books, coffee, and munchies.
An avid coffee lover she cannot miss her morning cuppa with the good old “Times of India”. She is extremely popular among colleagues for her stock of munchies which she keeps in her bag. In her leisure time, you will find her enjoying old movies and songs.

University (VTU) of Belgaum, Karnataka. A Quanti researcher by choice, she loves to play with numbers. Her attraction towards numbers has helped her enhances her analytical skills. She is a social being and can easily interact with people. In possession of a practical mind and sheer determination, she is capable of completing her tasks and keeping her life organized.
Being a free-spirited person, Tanusree is not shy about new challenges; she is
passionate and loves to explore new things in life. Some of her favorite hobbies include exploring new places, creating and experimenting with new food recipes. Tanusree loves the small things in life and believes in rejoicing in every opportunity that this world offers her.
Her rich academic experience helps in understanding the technicalities of the client’s requirements with respect to the project’s objectives and conducting research, mainly agriculture and FMCG vertical. The unique thought-process and behaviours of different people interest her greatly. Her prolonged exposure to various cultures, communities and geographies aids in her role at Q&Q. She has a logical mind and the confidence to lead a team on to the path of success.
She loves to travel and explore different places, watching comedy shows and dabbles in gardening during her free time. She enjoys conversations about all things under the sun and expanding her own way of looking at life by including the thoughts and opinions of others as well.
His strength lies in managing people efficiently, which makes him an integral part of the team handling large-scale projects. A self-confessed gadget freak, Rahul loves to pick gizmos on the fly. When not at work, he likes to hum golden oldies and regale peers with his wisecracks.

He likes to keep a keen eye on the Indian stock market watching Bearish and Bullish trends closely. His other big passion is watching cricket matches, this soft-spoken accountant turns into one man shouting brigade during live wire contests.

She brings to the table rich experience of 5 years of handling the entire gamut of human resource function into the banking sector. At QQRI, she leads and strategizes end to end Human Resources function. With her strong expertise in HRM and natural flair with people, she seamlessly creates, develops and executes people practices and policies that positively impact continuous talent management and development in synergy with organization vision.
Meghali has been effectively catalyzing organization change at QQRI. She is outgoing, gregarious and is complimented with essential soft skills that make her job easy to manage people at all levels. She is open to new challenges and loves to explore new places. She practices Indian classical dance form, Kathak. At her leisure time, you will find her trying her hands-on different recipes.
