Roy Patel, former Kantar, MetrixLab and Nielsen exec, joined Q&Q as Adviser & Senior Consultant. Currently, Patel is serving as the European Director of online ad tech firm Pathmatics. Since leaving his role as SVP – Sales & Business Development, EMEA at WPP-owned Lightspeed five years ago, he has been working as a freelance consultant and advisor for several types of research, analytics and data intelligence companies – including Mopinions, Market Cube, and Beatgrid Media. Earlier, he was Commercial Director for DVJ Insights, he set up the UK operations for Dutch online research agency MetrixLab, served as Head of Sales and Account Management at Nielsen/NetRatings, and was a founding member of the UK commercial operation of Internet measurement specialist Jupiter Media Metrix (now part of comScore).
