– Responsible for creating strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs..
-Sourcing potential candidates through appropriate sourcing channels and professional networks. Suggesting appropriate sourcing channels.
– Planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events
-Play important role in ideating and implementing employer branding initiatives
-HR operations such as joining formalities, employee engagement etc.
-Maintenance of various MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
-Familiarity with job portals and social media as sourcing channel
– Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
-Full time MBA in HR is must
