A brief job description of the role:
-Managing multiple research projects to provide actionable solutions to client needs.
-Building the project plan with clear timelines for each milestone, co-ordinate and executing assigned projects.
-Designing research instruments.
-Working closely with project teams to monitor fieldwork, issues and resolution.
– Insight generation, interpreting complex data sets to design a story-led report which answers study objectives.
-Present research findings in comprehensible, concise and engaging manner to client.
-Lead client meetings and presentations.
-Ensuring a high level of quality for client deliverables. Negotiating/liaising with clients throughout the project execution period.
– Writing proposals based on the client brief
-Train, develop and mentor team (skill and capacity building for all researchers in the team).
-Identify areas of improvement to enhance overall impact of research team.
-Required to travel to field locations both outside and within India as per project requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
– A self-starter with 6-10 yrs into qualitative primary research. The candidate should have experience of working into end-to-end primary market research company only.
-Strong time and project management skills
-Moderation and qualitative report writing skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Interpreting complex data with accuracy and attention to details.
-Demonstrates leadership and encourages collaborations
-Willing to do Agriculture market research.
-Someone who is not willing to relocate to Mumbai/Delhi, need not apply.
-Candidates with secondary market research background need not apply
