Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and Kannada/Marathi (knowing Kannada or Marathi is must)

A brief job description of the role:
-Ensuring that all projects assigned are completed within budget and in a timely manner.
-Ensuring all pre field work arrangements, script checking, field briefing tc are done.
-Coordinating with the field operations team to ensure smooth field work and quality data collection
-Closely monitoring fieldwork progress and performing data quality checks. Periodic feedback on the issues and its quick resolution.
-Proactive communication with the regional teams for better clarity and cooperation while finalizing the data.
-Helping prepare end-user excel, word or power-point based research reports.
-Deep understanding of project objectives methodology, sample, data collection instruments and expected output. Ability to corelate understanding of these aspects with the deliverables.
-Required to travel to field locations both outside and within India as per project requirements
